Quality Audit
To ensure whether all the QC measures that Quality performance on the products through proper system by Quality consciousness of the production personnel and supervision is maintained.
Welding Process Control
The QC Engineers will periodically check and ensure that the process control for welding is implemented properly as per requirement
Welding shall br carried out by qualified/trained welders.During inspection, the inspector will ensure thar welding is carried out by such qualified/trained welders only.
The periodical Evalution of welders is carried out and, if required, re-evalution is done by committee formed for this purpose.
